YAY! You’ve been randomly selected to attend The Nail Dates Cotswolds Retreat and we are so excited to have you with us. If you are not a current TND member – do not purchase a ticket. This is a members only event.

Before we get you all booked in and retreat-ready, have a little read through everything you need to know below 👇

Dates & Times

⏰ Arrival: Tuesday 24 Feb by 10:00am
⏰ Departure: Thursday 26 Feb at 10:00am

Please make sure you’re available for the full retreat duration, if you are late, the retreat will begin without your attendance and no refund will be given.

Location

📍 Arc, Painswick, Cotswolds

There is free street parking and a free village car park also, if you are planning to come by train, the nearest train station: Stroud (approx. 10 minutes away)

Accommodation

This is a shared-room retreat, you’ll be sharing a bedroom with one-two other attendees. Please bring pyjamas/sleepwear suitable for sharing. Some beds are double and some are singles – double beds will be sharing!

The need-to-bring’s

  • Your own e-file (required for training)

  • Bikini/swimwear (if you like to swim, as there’s a pool)

  • Suitable footwear – we’re going for a walk on one of the days!

  • Pyjamas / sleepwear

By purchasing a ticket to The Nail Dates – Cotswolds Retreat (24–26 February 2026), you agree to the following:

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Travel costs are not included and are the responsibility of the attendee.

  • Accommodation is shared (room shared with one other attendee).

  • Dietary requirements and allergies must be emailed upon purchase of your ticket, to Jasella: jasellarose@thenaildates.com.

  • A photographer and videographer will be present; by attending, you consent to being photographed and filmed.

  • Attendees must bring their own e-file for training, and their own phone for the content workshops. We will supply the drill bits and all other equipment. If you do not have an e-file or phone, you must notify us prior to booking.

  • Location: Arc Painswick, Cotswolds. Free street parking and free village car park available. Nearest train station: Stroud.
