A morning just for you.
We’re inviting our members to join us for a relaxed morning of movement, connection and a chance to slow down with The Nail Dates community, in collaboration with The GelBottle Inc.
The morning will begin with an uplifting Mat Pilates flow led by Instructor and former member, Jasellarose, designed to leave you feeling energised, refreshed and ready for the day ahead.
After class, we’ll enjoy light refreshments and have time to catch up with fellow members in a relaxed setting.
Whether you’re coming to move, meet new people or simply take a well-deserved pause, we’d love to see you there.
