This retreat is exclusively for active TND members. If you are not a current member, please do not purchase an installment payment.

Accommodation
This is a shared-room retreat. All rooms are double occupancy and attendees will share a room with one other retreat attendee.
Room allocations will be made prior to arrival.

Important Information
By making an installment payment towards The Nail Dates Marbella Retreat (7th–11th September 2026), you agree to the following:
• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Travel costs, flights, airport transfers, travel insurance and personal expenses are not included and are the responsibility of the attendee.
• Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documentation, including passports and any entry requirements applicable at the time of travel.
• Accommodation is shared with one other retreat attendee.
• Dietary requirements and allergies must be emailed to jasellarose@thenaildates.com upon booking.
• A photographer and videographer may be present throughout the retreat. By attending, you consent to being photographed and filmed for marketing and promotional purposes.
• The Nail Dates reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary if necessary.
• Final retreat information, including accommodation details, itinerary and dress codes, will be sent closer to the event date.
